Danish teams won't start in careermode

A problem, caused by the AI while building the calendar, can be that some teams don't make through the startprocedure in careermode (Final Giant 2009, v7) because the AI doesn't give them any races to race, what leads to crashing back to desktop instead op jumping to january 1.

On request I managed to bring a few games to january 1, so it's set and ready for careermode. Nothing other was done then bringing it through the startprocedure, it's ready to play with.
Find a savedgame for Team Energi Fyn here, to be placed in Database/Solo/PPDB_Giant_2009_Final folder. (Of course: only works when the PPDB Giant packs are installed)
